We want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul, but if you need to make a return, we offer a hassle-free process within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure items remain unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate via the Returns Portal

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization.

  Securely Package Your Items

  Place the unused beauty products in their original boxes and ensure they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Your Label

  Download the pre-paid or standard shipping label provided by the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your postage receipt to track the progress of your refund.
